  • What type of connection is being used. (We use this to determine just how much we can put on each page. Currently, much of our traffic is on dial-up connection. This means that most of our viewers have a problem with pages that load slowly. We try to keep the information light on a page, especially if there are photos, and will split heavy pages into two or more when necessary. We are not using Flash technology, due to the current load time in Doddridge County.)
