Doddridge County Ambulance Authority
Financial Support Request
Purpose: To establish a format upon which Doddridge
County Emergency Squad, Salem Volunteer Fire Department or
any other contracted emergency medical services agency can
request financial support from the Doddridge County
Ambulance Authority.
Policy: To protect the trust and financial resources of
Doddridge County citizens and ensure the financial stability
and ability of the emergency medical services agency to
continue to provide such services to people in Doddridge
County, requests for financial support shall be made as
provided:
1.Notice of financial need be made at least a week prior to
the scheduled board meeting so that the request becomes an
item on the agenda.
2.Copies of invoices or two or three quotes for
services/equipment/supplies, etc. be provided to the board.
3.Copies of the recent Monthly Treasurer’s Report from the
requesting agency be provided to the board.
4.Any subsequent supportive information requested by the
board be provided.
The Doddridge County Ambulance Authority Treasurer will
promptly fulfill the financial request upon board approval.
